    Refunds are not provided for technical issues or delays during request processing, including report generation. Users should note timelines are approximate, and delays may occur despite best efforts.

    Incorrect information submitted by users does not qualify for refunds. Users should ensure all details are accurate before submission. Corrections can be requested within one hour of service execution by contacting customer care.

    Damaged products returned by users are not eligible for refunds. Users bear responsibility for damage post-delivery. For "Cash on Delivery" orders, users must cover product costs and related shipping charges if the product is returned.

    Product images are for reference only. Minor variations in delivered products do not qualify for refunds, and users are encouraged to order with discretion.

    Services and products are not substitutes for medical or emotional treatments. The Website does not guarantee the effectiveness of items like gems. Dissatisfaction with outcomes does not justify a refund.

    Refunds are not provided for issues arising from incorrect contact details for the "Call with Astrologer" feature. Users must ensure their contact number is active and available. Missed calls are not eligible for refunds.

    Approved refunds may have deductions for bank fees, shipping, customs, or other applicable charges incurred by the Website.

    In case of server issues such as slow response or session timeout, users should verify their bank account for debits before retrying payment:

    If debited, users must contact customer care to confirm the transaction.

    If not debited, users may proceed with a new payment.

    Duplicate payments will be refunded in full, retaining only one payment for the intended order.

    The Website reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion due to reasons like service unavailability or pricing errors. Payments made for such orders will be fully refunded.
